Single and Double Dorm Rooms:
Our Loyola Residence is a 22-storey high-rise with four elevators. Within this building are single and double dorm style accommodations. The traditional residence rooms are divided into four suites per floor. Most suites have one double room, four single rooms, washroom and shower facilities. Bedrooms are furnished as study rooms with a captain's-style single beds, desk with hutch, lamp, chair, closet space and telephone (free local calls). All residence rooms are provided with linen and towels.
Two and Three Bedroom Apartments:
In our Rice Residence, a 17 story high rise, there are six furnished apartments per floor. An apartment consists of two bedrooms or three bedrooms, kitchen, small living/dining area and bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with two captain’s style single beds (one bed per bedroom in three bedroom apartments), desks, shelves, lamps, drawers, closet space and telephone (free local calls). One apartment can house up to four people (up to three people in a three bedroom apartment). All linen and towels are supplied but dishes and kitchen utensils are not. There are two elevators in this residence.
